Rates Inclusions

  • Airport meet & greet (for arrival pick up only)
  • Highly professional uniformed driver
  • Petrol, insurance & all taxes
  • Wi-Fi internet on board
  • Mineral water & umbrellas
  • Child seats (on request)

General

  • All bookings should be confirmed by our side.
  • Booking confirmation implies customer acceptance & obedience to all current terms & conditions.
  • Bookings & payments should be made at least 1 day in advance of service, if other not agreed in specific case.
  • If luggage exeeds car stated capacity, luggage car should be booked, otherwise service can be cancelled without any refunds.
  • Smoking on board is strictly prohibited. Violation leads to immediate termination of service on the spot without any refunds.

Delays & Waiting Policies

  • For Airport pick up, free waiting time is 1 hour 30 minutes since flight landing. After that extra charge or no-show policy applied.
  • For other locations, free waiting time is 30 minutes. After that extra charge or no-show policy applied.
  • For Airport pick up, if flight delayed more than 2 hours, booked car will be provided upon availability. If booked car not available anymore, other car can be provided by mutual consent, otherwise booking will be cancelled & full refund applied.

Changes, Cancellations & No Show

  • If customer not able to locate car or our aiport staff (upon arrival), our hotline +66-62-242-6477 should be called, otherwise no show policy applied.
  • Any booking change is confirmed upon availability. If booked car is not available according to new schedule, other car can be provided by mutual consent. Extra charge or partial refund can be applied according to price difference between originally booked & offered car. Otherwise booking will be cancelled.
  • For hourly service, if car used less than booked originally, full charge applied.
  • For cancellation made more than 48 hours in advance of service, full refund is applied. If cancellation made between 48 & 24 hours in advance of service, 50% charge applied.
  • For cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance of service, full charge applied
  • In case of no show 100% charge applied.
